flutter 鸿蒙 ohos-arm64/flutter_embedding_debug.har does not exist.
解决方法
1 删除 Flutter 缓存，让它重新拉 engine
rm -rf /Users/better/dev/sdk/3.27.4-ohos/bin/cache
2. 重新预缓存 OHOS 产物
/Users/better/dev/sdk/3.27.4-ohos/bin/flutter precache --ohos --force
